Infinite Recovery offers outpatient rehab in Austin, Texas. This program is for people who need help and a structured plan to stay sober. It comes into play after they’ve completed their inpatient treatment at our Austin rehab facility.
It’s designed to assist individuals as they transition back to their daily lives. This could include going back to work, school, or spending time with family.
We offer a full range of addiction treatment options in our outpatient rehab centers, including psychiatric and medical services. Support groups are co-ed and focus on skills building and relational support.
Our IOP program in Austin meets for three hours, three days a week. The morning group meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00am-12:00pm. The evening group meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Our offerings include:
The opposite of addiction is connection. Our outpatient drug rehab treatment program is here to offer a supportive community. We offer a wide range of services tailored to your needs. Ongoing support is vital for your or your family member’s success in maintaining a sober life.
We know that substance abuse looks different for every person and can have any number of underlying causes. That is why we adapt our outpatient care to meet the specific needs of our individual clients.
No matter where you are in your recovery journey or what your history with substances looks like. We have a program to help you, no matter your situation.
Group therapy is the cornerstone of our inpatient and outpatient rehab programs. Our sessions consist of small, structured conversations.
These talks are led by masters-level clinicians with a high level of expertise. They are here to help clients deal with past experiences and manage emotions. Additionally, clients learn mindfulness techniques and healthy ways to cope with challenges.
Some of the benefits of this therapeutic process may include:
In our IOP program, clients also have individual sessions with a therapist, who help with mental health concerns. They work together to understand and manage thoughts and emotions that might be connected to addictive behaviors.
Our therapists have extensive experience in addiction recovery. They use therapeutic approaches that include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed therapy and more.
Our medical and psychiatric staff are here to provide prescriptions for those needing help with physical or mental health symptoms.
This support enables clients to concentrate on rebuilding their lives following substance abuse and helps prevent relapse. Medication management plays a vital role in our outpatient alcohol recovery program.
Infinite Recovery offers family programming for the loved ones of clients in our program. Family therapy is an invaluable tool that helps repair the damage caused by substance abuse and addiction. When a family system is healthy and able to communicate productively, it can support an individual’s addiction recovery journey.
Intensive outpatient treatment is often the next step for individuals who have completed inpatient detox or a residential treatment program. It offers accountability, support, resources and a sense of community for those who are newly sober. It also aids in relapse prevention.
Because substance use disorder is a chronic disease, a person is never fully “cured” from addiction. Sobriety is something they must work to maintain for the rest of their lives.
One of the reasons for relapse following addiction treatment is a lack of consistency, support and resources. A relapse does not mean that treatment has failed. But it might mean there’s a need for different or additional mental health and addiction treatments to be incorporated. [2]
Clients in an intensive outpatient treatment program meet regularly with addiction specialists and mental health counselors. They attend group meetings, and undergo drug and alcohol testing. This supports them in their transition back to daily life following detox or residential treatment. And allows them to learn and practice life skills in a safe environment.
In addition to our outpatient program, Infinite Recovery offers a full continuum of care for those struggling with addiction in the Austin area. We also offer detox, residential treatment (inpatient program), a partial hospitalization program, and sober living.
All of our programs and services are holistic and trauma-informed. We place special emphasis on the spiritual development of our clients using the 12 Steps to Recovery.
